Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

Green belt is the second level of Six Sigma, the certified yellow belts should take up the Green belt training in order to gain a clear understanding of tools and methods used effectively in a process. The Green belts directly work under the certified Black belts. They have a working knowledge of solving business problems and optimization. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification

Six Sigma Black Belt program aims at upgrading an individual to a professional level wherein he can lead a team for a core process and also coach team members about Six Sigma concepts, principles, tools and software. Certified Black Belts have in-depth expertise about sections under DMAIC model which falls in line with Six Sigma principles as they have hands on experience in handling a project at the end of the certification course.
